Kitchen/Bathroom/Bedroom - Canterbury

Project: Beer Cart Building Redevelopment 14 APARTMENTS AND 8 OFFICE SUITES

Developer: Landcap-Quinn

Parties: Quinn Estates, A Private Client, Bang & Olufsen Canterbury and Beercart Building Freehold Ltd

A long standing eyesore - 15,000sq.ft of derelict office block. Occupying a prime spot within the city walls of Canterbury,

this mixed use scheme of 14 apartments and 8 office suites, all with parking involved the conversion and extension of the existing building

to create a warehouse inspired development that has become the finest residential and commercial address in the city.

Through inspired design, which incorporated sumptuous roof terraces, the scheme has set records for the highest £per sq.ft ever recorded in Canterbury

Designed Interiors was instructed  to specify and design the Penthouse interior of 1 Beer Cart Lane occupying the entire roof area.

We were also delighted to be instructed to supply a functional staff kitchen area with Amtico flooring for our friends at Bang & Oulfsen Canterbury

Our shareholder was thrilled to be part of a small consortium who boldly secured local ownership of this important site for future generations.
